Universal Orlando Resort launches new ticket offer for residents of Florida

Universal Orlando Resort offers Floridians a multi-day ticket offer granting them access to Universal Orlando and Universal Islands of Adventure.

Florida residents and locals are receiving something special from Universal Orlando Resort. The theme park recently announced its all-new “Buy a Day, Get 2 Days Free on a 2-Park, 1-Day Park-to-Park Ticket” offer, which allows Floridians to enjoy three fun-filled days at the theme park for the price of one.

Travel Pulse reported that guests can take advantage of the deal until September 29.

Guests can also use the promotional tickets at Universal Islands of Adventure throughout the season.

Ticket holders are allowed to use the tickets during non-consecutive day visits. Families can plan three separate visits to the parks or choose to have multi-day vacations. The discounted tickets allow guests to experience all the thrills and entertainment of the award-winning theme parks. Thrill Geek shared some of the exciting highlights of the park’s biggest attractions.

There’s something for everyone, including Florida’s fastest and tallest launch coaster, the Jurassic Word VelociCoaster. Located in the Universal Islands of Adventure, riders race alongside a ferocious Velociraptor pack at speeds up to 70 mph. Harry Potter enthusiasts get two majestic fun zones with The Wizarding World of Harry Potter: Hogsmeade in Universal Islands of Adventure and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, and Diagon Alley in Universal Studios Florida. Inspired by the popular Universal Productions film, “Minions,Illumination’s Villain-Con Minion Blast is set to open at Universal Studios Florida this summer.

Attendance at annual events is included with the tickets too. Travel Pulse stated that Universal Orlando announced that the 2023 edition of their famous Halloween Horror Nights would run for a record-breaking 44 nights this year. The production will run on select nights between September 1 and October 31 and has received some serious upgrades. The park has added “10 new haunted houses and five scare zones filled with menacing creatures and outrageous entertainment.”

Although they may be local, guests can take advantage of the eight hotel options and enjoy the variety of dining options offered in and around the parks. The multi-day promotional tickets run between $173.84 and $221.54. Ticket price and availability vary, and because this is a perk only available to locals, a valid Florida photo ID is required.
