101 Dining & Marina located in the One&Only Palm Resort is considered one of Dubai's most stylish and romantic dining experiences.

The standard for everything in Dubai is luxury. From accommodations to restaurants, the city will not disappoint, and 101 Dining Lounge and Marina is adding its fair share of opulence. Located on the top of the resort, One&Only The Palm Resort, 101 Dining Lounge offers top-tier views and food.

With indoor and outdoor seating, the restaurant provides breathtaking panoramic views of the Dubai skyline and Palm Island. The resort the restaurant sits on top of is situated in a private marina. Access to the restaurant is only available for guests of the resort or by yacht. Complimentary docking and waterway access is offered to those who arrive by boat.

101 Dining Lounge opened in December 2022 and was noted as providing one of the area’s most stylish and romantic atmospheres in the city. Multi-Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alléno leads the kitchen and offers guests Mediterranean dishes and bites complemented by handcrafted drinks.

Its grand opening press release stated that the food menu highlights the fresh seafood available in the area. The offerings include the likes of sashimi, lamb rack, squid ink pasta, and poached black cod. Head chef Alléno recommended the “charcoal BBQ octopus with romaine lettuce, piquillos and shallot dressing.” The menu’s decadent desserts include freshly made crepes and chocolate brownies topped with ice cream.

The full bar offers a range of classic cocktails such as mojitos and margaritas. The resident mixologist has brought international craft beers and wines selected from carefully curated vineyards in Italy, France, Spain, Chile, and Argentina.

Music is also a big part of the ambiance at 101. The impeccably curated experience is heightened with pop-house music and upbeat soul hits provided by DJ Nader, DJ Katerina and DJ Umut “every day between the hours of 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.” On Saturdays the South African Trio, “4 The Music”, handles all live music needs.

If you have worked up an appetite for adventure after dinner, restaurant guests can sign up for several excursions that launch at the marina. According to Matador Network, “sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, snorkeling, diving, parasailing, jet skiing, banana boat rides and more are offered. The marina also offers helicopter tours.”
