Los Angeles Lakers power forward LeBron James and wife Savannah took a break from their busy lives, recently, by taking a trip to Antelope Canyon in Arizona. Mrs. James gave her Instagram followers a peek into the couple’s getaway by dropping a Reel, which featured the two exploring the gorgeous canyon and enjoying quality time in their luxurious resort suite.

Although James only tagged her husband, eagle-eyed commenters determined that the husband-and-wife duo appear to have stayed at Amangiri in Canyon Point, Utah. The luxury resort is approximately a 30-minute drive to Antelope Canyon and is nestled within picturesque red rocks and the vast Colorado Plateau.

With a neutral color palette and minimal aesthetic that blends perfectly into its desert surroundings, Amangiri allows guests to be immersed in the calming presence of nature. The resort is one of many within the Aman line of hotels and resorts. Other locations include New York; Jackson Hole, Wyoming; Playa Grande, Dominican Republic; and parts of Europe, North Africa and Asia.

Guests can customize their stay by choosing to lodge in a tented pavilion, suite or home. Depending on the chosen option, amenities include a personal bar, plunge pool, outdoor terrace and living area, sky terrace with a daybed, heated floors and more. The breathtaking view is also guaranteed with every stay. Amangiri also has dining options onsite for guests, as well as opportunities to unwind with yoga, grounding rituals and a spa.

A getaway to Amangiri isn’t cheap, though. A stay in the resort’s Desert Suite is on the lower end of Amangiri’s price spectrum, coming in at $3,400, while their two-bedroom Mesa Pavilion will run you $6,300.

Under Canvas Lake Powell-Grand Staircase

Oasis on the Rim

This bed and breakfast sits on the Manson Mesa and overlooks Glen Dam, Lake Powell, the Vermillion Cliff and a portion of the Escala landscape. Guests can choose from four different suite styles, all of which are complete with views of the property. A self-serve breakfast is offered for guests each morning, as well as access to the Rim Trail and spa services. Antelope Point and Wahweap marinas are also a short drive away. Oasis on the Rim is a more affordable option with starting rates ranging from $150 to $350 per night, depending on the room.

Lake Powell Resort

Lake Powell Resort is located at Wahweap Marina and is the perfect place for adventurers. Because of its location on the water, this resort offers guests access to activities including fishing, scenic boat tours and rafting at Horseshoe Bend. Guests can also rent ski tubes, wakeboards, water skis and more for prolonged fun. The resort has on-site dining options, two swimming pools and a hot tub, and fire pits to get cozy with your loved one. Rates can start as low as $103.
