The summer of 2023 will see Megan Thee Stallion and Mariah Carey take the stage at L.A. Pride in the Park as the festival’s headliners. The festival and the “Touch My Body” singer announced the news on social media on Tuesday.

“It’s like that y’all! We’re BACK with something for the Lambs and The Hotties. Queens Mariah Carey [and] Thee Stallion are our headliners for L.A. Pride in the Park 2023,” L.A. Pride in the Park announced via Twitter.

“I’m thrilled and honored to be a part of L.A. Pride 2023,” the “Honey” chart-topper shared on Twitter, along with the announcement from the organization. “I am happy to be back in person celebrating with the LGBTQIA+ community here in Southern California and throughout all of the lands!!! Let’s come together to celebrate love, inclusion, and Pride.”

On Friday, June 9, Megan will be performing as the festival’s headlining act, and on Saturday, June 10, Carey will take the stage.

“Mariah Carey and Megan Thee Stallion are the perfect artists to headline L.A. Pride in the Park this year as we expand to two days,” Gerald Garth, president of the L.A. Pride board, said. “These empowering and iconic women are sure to take the stage by storm to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community and will undoubtedly make this year’s L.A. Pride in the Park an unforgettable experience.”

Megan, who is making a comeback to the music industry after a hiatus, was also delighted to participate in the momentous occasion, as noted by REVOLT.

“I can’t wait to headline L.A. Pride in the Park and celebrate the phenomenal LGBTQIA+ community,” the rapper shared in a statement. “This incredible event advocates for diversity, inclusivity, and equality, so I’m honored to perform and have a blast with all of The Hotties in attendance.”

This weekend, Megan will be performing at the NCAA’s March Madness music concert in her hometown of Houston.

One-day general admission passes start at $69 plus tax, and the website for the festival indicates that the cost of general admission for both days starts at $119 plus tax.
