Flyest – “Not Coffee” Loose Leaf Tea

A coffee habit can be hard to kick, but caffeine only makes anxiety worse. Opt for a calming herbal tea instead, like Flyest’s chicory root “Not Coffee” blend. Pop a teaspoon into this Teabloom travel mug with built-in diffuser (Oprah’s fave!) and fill it up at the airport’s nearest coffee shop. Buying a scone will alleviate any guilt you may have for requesting hot water, not to mention the comfort of carbs.
